Village Greenfingers – we grow stuff!

Village Greenfingers is the gardening club for Goring, Streatley and the surrounding areas.

We’re an enthusiastic and friendly bunch of gardeners, with gardens of all sorts and sizes, and would love to welcome you to our meetings.

We offer 9 meetings a year covering a wide range of gardening topics.

We also hold a monthly competition & often the loveliest entries come from people with the smallest gardens – size is definitely not everything. We award the ‘Challenge Cup’ to the person who’s won the most points in the competitions, and also reward those who enter lots of competitions with a garden voucher at the end of the year.

But of course it’s not just about sitting and listening & looking at our speakers’ pictures (gorgeous as they may be) – we also arrange visits to lovely gardens nearby an, through our affiliation with the RHS, you can get a discount if you’re visiting an RHS garden.

Do come & enjoy a meeting – whether you’ve been gardening for years or feel that you don’t know a trowel from a turnip, you’ll be very welcome.

Come and grow stuff with us!
